PODRIVE uses different local storage depending on your plan. In Demo mode, vehicle information, fuel records, expenses, reminders, and related app data are stored temporarily in sessionStorage for the current browser session and are cleared when that session ends. In Essentiel and Fleet, this app data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB so it can persist between sessions.

PODRIVE does not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the application.

Your PODRIVE app data is not stored in a PODRIVE cloud database.

Depending on how you use PODRIVE, local data may include vehicle type, name, brand, model, year, fuel type, odometer information, fuel records, expenses, categories, notes, reminders, and preferences.

Your profile name, currency, distance unit, and fuel unit may also be stored locally on your device.

Theme and language preferences may be stored in your browser's local storage.

Although PODRIVE app data is stored locally on your device, the PODRIVE website is delivered through an internet hosting provider.

The hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, request information, device or browser information, and security or server logs as part of operating and protecting the website.

PODRIVE does not use this technical information to build advertising profiles about you.

If you voluntarily contact PODRIVE by email, the information you include in your message may be processed for the purpose of responding to your request.

You do not need to contact us or provide an email address in order to use the PODRIVE application.

PODRIVE does not sell or rent your personal information.

Local vehicle, fuel, expense, and reminder data is not intentionally transmitted by PODRIVE to a central application database.

Technical information may be processed by infrastructure or hosting providers only as necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the website.

In Demo mode, app data is temporary and is cleared when the browser session ends. In Essentiel and Fleet, local PODRIVE data remains on your device until you delete it through the application, clear the site's browser data, remove the application's stored data, or reset the relevant browser or device storage.

Clearing browser or application storage may permanently remove Essentiel or Fleet data from that device. Paid users can use Backup & Restore when they need a separate copy of their data.

PODRIVE does not require authentication cookies because the application does not require an account.

PODRIVE may use sessionStorage for Demo app data, IndexedDB for Essentiel and Fleet app data, localStorage for selected preferences and license state, and service-worker storage and browser cache to support the PWA experience.

If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Where applicable, including under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by PODRIVE or its service providers.
